My goal for this challenge is ten pounds. That’s a little more than a pound a week, which should be completely do-able.

Aside from a number on the scale, I have a few other goals for the next seven weeks. They are mostly to keep me accountable and to assure that, no matter what the scale says, I’m keeping on track, and can therefore KNOW I’m living healthier. My non-numerical goals:

1. to workout at least 5 times a week.
2. limit alcohol to the occasional glass, rather than a nightly event.
3. honestly track my food intake, no matter what
4. stay accountable to my team.

What are your goals?



  1. non-weight related goals are great to have. mine is to get my body fat % into the “fitness” catagory. I’m “normal” right now and just 2% points away!

  3. sounds like a great goal, Brooke! Thea, I got the idea of delineating my goals from you! Having them written out makes them more real and conquerable, rather than just having a vague idea of what’s “good” behaviour.
