    • 9.21 — 47 minutes on Wii Fit — I love this thing!  And my son thinks it’s awesome, which keeps him from interrupting me.  his only input is, “keep going!” and “great job!  high five!”
    • 9/20 — 35 minutes trying out Wii Fit
    • yeah….. so, weeks of vacation, starting homeschooling, and getting back into “real life” didn’t do much for my workout schedule, did they?  let’s see if I can pull this out of the can.  I’m finding with real homeschooling that gone are the days I can get in a 90 minute workout that doesn’t involve my kids.  Sadly, gone are my 90 minute yoga practices via podcast.  I’ll try and keep it up as much as I can, as I truly love it, but I must also be practical.  Watching me get my ass handed to me by another Mii is far more entertaining to my kids than simply seeing me floundering and not understanding that I’m getting my ass handed to me via my headphones.
    • 8/20 — 90 minutes power yoga with Kinndli.
    • 8/19 — day off.
    • 8/18 — 45 minute kundalini practice.  I couldn’t finish, I felt ridiculous.
    • 8/17 — 25 minute power yoga.  My Ipod ran out of battery power.  Who knew you had to charge it?
    • 8/16 — 90 minutes power yoga with Kinndli.
    • 8/15 — 90 minutes power yoga with Kinndli.
    • 8/14 — day off.
    • 8/13 — 60 minute vinyasa.
    • 8/12 — 90 minutes power yoga with Kinndli.
    • 8/11 — 90 minute power yoga, shoulders
    • 8/10 — 90 minute power yoga
    • 8/9 — 90 minute power yoga, biceps & triceps
    • 8/8 — none
    • 8/7 — 60 minute Ashtanga yoga, plus additional work toward headstand; chest
    • 8/6 — 60 minute Ashtanga yoga; back & abs
    • 8/5 — C25K W2D2; shoulders
    • 8/4 — none
    • 8/3 —  full body weights workout
    • 8/2 –C25K W2D1
    • 8/1 — none
    • 7/31 — full body weights workout
    • 7/30 — C25K W1D3
    • 7/29 — none :{  Harry only slept about four hours, which means I only slept about four hours.  Tired mama + crabby boy = no workout
    • 7/28 — C25K W1D2
    • 7/27 — full body weights workout (might’ve walked too, I forgot to update on that day)
    • 7/26 — C25K W1D1; also a 30 minute walk with the family
